Refund Policy

All ticket sales for STEMinist 2026 are final. Once an order is paid, we do not issue refunds — regardless of the reason for cancellation by the attendee, including schedule conflicts, technical issues on the attendee side, or change of mind.

Because the event is fully online, every paid ticket holder also receives recordings of all sessions after the event, so a missed live session does not mean the ticket goes unused.

Tickets are fully transferable. If you can no longer attend, you may pass your ticket to another person at no extra cost. Contact us before the event so we can update the attendee details on the order.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, and provider-initiated reversals are handled directly through the payment processor. Where funds are returned outside of our refund policy, the related order and ticket access may be invalidated to prevent duplicate use.

If STEMinist 2026 is cancelled or substantially changed by the organizers, attendees will receive direct communication describing the available options, which may include transfer to a future edition, credit, or a refund at our discretion.
