Technical data such as request headers, browser details, and payment-provider callback payloads may also be processed to secure the platform, diagnose failures, and verify transaction status.

Personal data is used to process ticket orders, issue invoices, deliver confirmations, synchronize marketing preferences, and administer the event. Operational logs may also be reviewed to troubleshoot webhooks, payment events, and attendee fulfillment.

We only use optional sponsor-marketing consent when a visitor or attendee explicitly opts in through the checkout experience or related forms.
