Yes - the 2026 STEMinist Summit is fully online. You can join from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. No travel, no hotel, no visa needed.

Standard Pass holders have access to all sessions, recordings, and any conference materials offered by speakers. Full Pass holders receive all Standard Pass benefits plus a digital swag bag from our sponsors and access to our exclusive STEMinist Summit group, to keep the conversation going after the event. Premium Pass holders get the full STEMinist experience. They receive all Full Pass benefits, plus a 2-hour group coaching experience with Alex and AJ after the Summit!

Yes. After completing your purchase, an invoice is generated automatically and sent to your email. You can also download it from your order confirmation page.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Since the event is fully online and every ticket includes recordings of all sessions, you won’t miss out if your schedule changes. If you can’t attend live, you can also transfer your ticket to someone else at no extra cost — just let us know before the event.

We're announcing speakers on a rolling basis. Sign up for updates to be notified as each speaker is confirmed. We expect the full lineup to be public at least 6 weeks before the event.

All talks will be recorded and made available to ticket holders within a few days of the event. You’ll need to attend the workshops live, though! Workshops will not be available after the event in order to maintain privacy for the conversations we expect may be held within them.

STEMinist is for women working in or studying STEM — engineers, researchers, data scientists, founders, students, and anyone who works alongside them and wants to support a more inclusive field.
